QiReset courses are educational wellness programs based on traditional Chinese movement practice (qigong / Baduanjin). They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No specific health, fitness, sleep, or pain-relief outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Statements on this site about potential benefits (such as relaxation, comfort, or better rest) describe the traditional intent of the practice and individual experiences; they are not claims of medical efficacy.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new physical activity — especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or managing a medical condition (including cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, or respiratory conditions). Stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath and seek medical guidance.
